WAFER-AL cannot be lit with PANEL
Solution
When the PIN33 has no wiring material, the main board will think that there is no physical connection PANEL, so PIN37, PIN38, PIN39, PIN40 will not have voltage output, PIN33 has wiring corresponding to GND to have voltage output.
